I have had the honor of teaching and mentoring hundreds of students over the years. The most heart-breaking and frustrating challenge I’ve come across is when students feel lost and overwhelmed. Some are solid and know exactly what they want – to become an engineer, teacher, physician etc. But, a majority are searching which can become confusing and overwhelming very fast.

I provide direction and guidance based on caring, compassion, and experience in the worlds of work as well as higher education. This reduces uncertainty and anxiety felt by students, their parents, and their loved ones while increasing clarity, hopefulness, and motivation.
